I got my Sliver doujinshi in the mail--the cover is so SHINY I can't even snap a pic without a flash!
Did anyone get to read Batman and The Outsiders #7? :/ Did Metamorpho get away from those freaky aliens? I missed the trip to the shop on Wednesday, and didn't get to

Yep. Some evil-dirty CLEX doujinshi...Smallville smut in color, bitches! I've been assured by the douhinshika that Lex is indeed on the back. Works for me. Buwha! T

I'm barely kicking it. I took a very late flight home last night--but I'm happy to be back on my own machine and in my own house. I hate trying to stay online when I'm somewhere else--things like LJ are always easy [everyone is on LJ, right?] but Wordpress usage varies from place to place. If you're logging in from a weird computer, it

I was going to comment at Occasional Superheroine, but decided against it, mainly because, it just sounds like me griping in her blog thread, so I'll post here--where it will get ignored anyway. :)

Titans #1, sucked. I wanted to like it--and was sort of jazzed about seeing a familiar villain there--but all the boobage really put me off. I'm not the sort to get weird by displays of sexy women, I don't think sexy is sexist - but after about five pages, I was tired of cleavage being the focal point.

Because no one is saying it yet at Scans Daily...
I really can't stand Chang's art in Wonder Woman. I can't stand the way he depicts her expressions [though in fight scenes, he does manage to get a clue] --her conversational scenes always

I spent a total of $62 at this auction. I lost on two lots, missed one lot I really wanted [I was out packing my car!] and scored the FIND of the century!!!!!!11 For me anyway...
They had the entire comic shop divided into lots, each section of slat wall was assigned a lot #, and the usual wall held about five rows of p

No work until I leave on Wednesday - so I've been going through the DC Orientation handout [narf] and going over Dennis O'Neil's 'Guide to Writing Comics' which is tailored for writing at DC. I want to make my comic as close to the source material as possible, so I should bone up on the 'official' construction, yes? (
