Comic Book Publishers at BEA
I was pleasantly surprised to find quite a few comic book publishers at Book Expo America this year. And even happier that they were all giving out free reads or other give away items! The economy may be down but comic books are not out it would seem. Marvel Comics, DC and Dark Horse gave away free books and promotional items as did many of the independents who were there this year. I walked away with about 15 comic books and a lot of great connections!
