I got my Sliver doujinshi in the mail--the cover is so SHINY I can't even snap a pic without a flash!
Did anyone get to read Batman and The Outsiders #7? :/ Did Metamorpho get away from those freaky aliens? I missed the trip to the shop on Wednesday, and didn't get to one in time yesterday to grab it. I can't miss next months--but the cover makes it look like Batgirl's gone crazy again. I keep telling my friends that NO--she's saving them! I swear.
I finally went and got myself one of those manager-type people; someone to deal with offers, contracts, and publishers--so that those folks don't have to deal with me. I'm contentious and don't play well with others--the less I know or am involved, the better off I am. If you're interested in licensing anything of mine [foreign or English] do not contact me...contact my new manager-unit: Ms. Kube. Any language welcome, except German--we sold my soul to Germany last week. On that tip, I did get a few PMs at y!Gallery from those who'd like to submit to The Wild Side and were asking me questions. The truth is, I dunno what the publisher is like, or what sort of editors they have. I was only involved in the signing stage, :/ Sorry. Same goes for Studio JG--I wasn't brought in until sign time; though I do know my Polish translator, and she's kinda hot. :)
Next weekend I leave for the UK. My co-worker was telling me that blogging is impossible while on these trips, and that we'll be on set or working, that I wont be able to sight-see. :( I will update my Flikr though, as much as I can. After that, it's Australia and then-- *gulp* China.
